The Vinson conference applique is an adapt or that provides the necessary interface between the MX-10208/GSC-38 (v) containing TSEC/KY-58 units specifically modified for this use, and the AN/FTC-52; when fitted to the MX-10208/GSC-38 (v) it will have the capability for secure digital conferencing via the AN/FTC-52 special test features.
