Aerospace Communications has expanded the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) public released data with historical
pricing, past procurement sourcing history, diagrams, budgeting information, and technical data into a free
national stock number / part number lookup tool.
Aerospace Communications assumes no responsibility
for any errors or omissions in these materials. Aerospace Communications makes no commitment to update the
information contained herein. Aerospace Communications makes no claims to the Intellectual Property of the original
designer, manufacturer, OEM, distributor.
Aerospace Communications makes no, and expressly disclaims any, representations or warranties,
express or implied, regarding the Website, including, without limitation, any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Aerospace Communications makes no, and expressly

You must follow any terms and conditions made available to you within the website.
Don't misuse our website. For example, don’t interfere with our website or try to access
them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use
our website only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and
regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our information to you if you do not comply
with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

GOVERNMENT CREDIT CARDS:
We DO accept government credit cards, and NO tax will be applied to the order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT:
If payment is being made by credit card, Aerospace Communications is authorized to
charge the credit card presented for the specified items, and any additional shipping charges to the final
Factory New (FN), New Material (NE), New Unused Surplus (NS), Overhauled
(OH), Serviceable (SV), Repairable (RP), and AS Removed / Used (AR) material will be accompanied by a
Aerospace Communications Certificate of Conformance, and any other documents/trace when applicable.
ORDER CANCELLATION / RMA POLICY:
Any order placed with and accepted by Aerospace Communications can
only be returned with prior written consent and at the sole discretion of Aerospace Communications within (7) days
of receiving goods. (ALL UNAPPROVED returns will be refused). The item(s) you are returning must be in
the original box, along with all original paperwork.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an
item was special ordered, overhauled, or serviced for you, the return is subject to the manufacture or
shops willing to accept the material back. If the manufacture or shop levies a restocking or handling
cost, this amount will be deducted from your credit above our 25% restocking fee.
Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST (In Stock Items), may not ship until the next business day.
Delivery dates for NON-STOCK items are estimates based on current backlog and are subject to
confirmation at the time of order.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In all circumstances Aerospace Communications’s maximum liability is limited to the
purchase price of the items sold. Aerospace Communications will not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a
claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it
sells which exceeds this liability limit. Aerospace Communications shall not be liable for third party claims for
damage against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption or service, loss of business, loss or
damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Aerospace Communications has been made aware of the
possibility of such claims or damages.
Any part(s) quoted or sold by Aerospace Communications and re-sold (to a third party) CANNOT be
sold to a USA embargoed country, company, entity, or person(s). Depending on the ECCN, these
commodities may require export license or exception. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
Unless otherwise noted, this sale, order or quote may include Munitions List Items (MLI) or Commerce
Controlled List Items (CCLI). MLI/CCLI property is controlled by the US Government and in many cases
cannot be transferred (exported, sold or given) to a foreign country, a non-US Citizen/National or a non-
Permanent US Resident without a valid State/Commerce Department export authorization. It is the
responsibility of (the Purchaser) to determine what the applicable requirements may be, to obtain all
necessary authorizations, licenses or approvals and are subject to both review and acceptance by
Aerospace Communications. The use, disposition, export and re-export of the property covered or included in
this sale, order or quote is subject to the provisions of law referenced in End-Use Certificate DLA form
1822, DEC 2001, including, but not limited to, the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2751 et seq.); Export
Administration Act of 1979 (50 USC App. 2401 et seq.) as contained under Executive Order 12924;
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120 et seq.); Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR
730 et seq.); Foreign Assets Control Regulations (31 CFR 500 et seq.) and the Espionage Act (18 USC 793
