A fixed number of components and/or items, not all having the same basic name, which are required for the performance of a complete specific operational function, that propagate into space and utilize reflected portions of electromagnetic waves for such purposes as detecting the presence and/or determining the location of distant objects, projectile velocity measurements, terrain clearance measurements, bomb directing measurement, and the like.
