A collection of items to be installed in a standard integrated command post (sicp) shelter, including radios (data and voice), display unit, printer and position location equipment. It is a combination of hardware and software needed to provide centralized network management, automatically process position, navigation and identification information, exchange secure data, and provide over-the-air-intialization and over-the-air-keying. Includes power supplies, intercommunication set, chemical detectors/monitors, trailer mounted generator, and remote antenna mast (34 meters). Excludes central(1), communications and operations central.
