Contains two double jacks, one set has override control; also contains a speaker and a lamp that continually illuminates the jacks; the six-wire circuit consist of a voice frequency receive circuit for earphones, a vf tranamit circuit for microphone, and a push-to-talk circuit; the jack assembly also has circuits for ring in/alarm speaker and the back-lighting lamp
