Definition Power Line Conditioner

An item designed to eliminate electrical power line disturbances, including voltage spikes, distortions, and high frequency noise, from an alternating current input to produce a clean, stabilized output. For items which only regulate the frequency of the output see regulator (1) as modified, and filter (3) as modified.
