A broadcast system which has the capability to receive, decrypt, process, encrypt and transmit both local and remotely generated data, via a user supplied terminal, satellite communicator. the system includes dual processing enclaves that are comprised of routers, encoders, switches, encapusulators, modulators, receiver/decoders, and encryption devices with associated workstations that utilize a variety of commercial and government developed software. Informally known as transportable satellite broadcast manager (tsbm), and is a part of global broadcast service.
