A unit that provides the air traffic controller with a complete operational awareness of air traffic within the airspace surrounding the ship. it contains a single board computer, high resolution graphics display controller, radar scan converter and power supply. it is used in conjunction with a keyboard, trackball and high resolution flat panel monitor. it interfaces to the system display processor and also with the ship's radar switchboard.
